    In 1966 Steve Marshall founded Steve Marshall Motors. The dealership started out as a Mercury dealer and was equipped with a 2-bay gas bar. 47 years later Steve is still a big presence in the dealership.

    Karl has been with the Steve Marshall Auto Group since September of 1999. Prior to becoming the General Manager here in Campbell River, Karl attended NADA (Acadamy for Dealers). Karl has also successfully managed our sister store in Nanaimo as well as a major lower mainland dealership.

    Dean has been with Steve Marshall Ford since 1993. He started out in the Detail Shop, cleaning cars. He was promoted to the Parts Department shortly after he began. Working his way up through various positions, Dean became the Comptroller in 2006. Dean enjoys family time, a good action or sci-fi flick, barbecues and the outdoors.

He is an avid Canuck fan who enjoys reading about history and trivia. Chris and his wife Linda have one grown daughter.

She is mother to  a high-energy, witty and talented teenage daughter Aden.Christine is an avid poker player with a World Series of Poker in the money finish to her credit. Her other passions include travelling, curling and spending time with her amazing friends!

    He has been married for over 30 years to his amazing wife Michelle and they have 3 grown sons. They enjoy renovating their home, gardening, hiking and camping. As part of the Finance Team Henry enjoys looking after their customers and helping them make informed decisions during their vehicle purchase.

Nelson grew up on the north end of Vancouver Island and enjoyed the people and the sights up there. In his free time he likes to play hockey, slo-pitch and poker.

    Ben is the newest addition to our Sales Team. After spending 5 years as an Automotive Electrician Ben decided it was time for a change. This time he decided to put his personable nature to work and work directly with customers. Others names you may know Ben as are; the IPhone Doctor and/or Superman. When asked why he calls himself Superman Ben will tell you a very cute story about being a strong child and wearing capes. If you're looking to enjoy your time here at the dealership then be sure to drop in and chat with Ben, you're sure to be entertained. Let him tell you about his aspiration to become a helicopter pilot.

    Shaun Flanagan has lived in Campbell River since 2001 and grew up in Port Moody. He originally moved here as a Sales Rep for a large Outdoors Sporting Goods Distributor. Recently he decided to make the move into the car business and is loving it! His interests are anything outdoors, fishing, hiking, hunting and just getting out there! Also top of the list is spending time with friends and family. Shaun is a very friendly, approachable guy and is willing to go the extra mile to provide the best possible customer service in order to earn your long term business!

    Daniel, and his lovely wife Helene, came from Quebec to BC in 2005. The couple settled happily in Sayward, near other family members. They are proud BC residents today. When asked for a comment on his new life Daniel says "I started my second life at Steve Marshall Ford and I will be here forever".

With 2 daughters and 4 grandaughters, he is surrounded by women!  Burt was employed at the Elk Falls mills for 37 years before it closed in 2009.  His first job search in many, many years led him to our dealership and family. Burt enjoys his time on our lot and it shows on his smiling face.

    Jim started with Ford companies in 1969 doing inventory at George Black Motor at the age of 14. When he turned 16 he started driving a parts truck. He workd in Vancouver at various Ford dealerships before relocating in Campbell River 1992 to work at Steve Marshall Ford. Jim is married with 1 daughter and 3 grandchildren. He likes to golf, play poker, darts, snooker and of course, ride his HARLEY DAVIDSON. His wife Jennifer and his 2 dogs take up most of Jim's spare time but he loves his life.

    Stuart has been a part of the Steve Marshall family off and on since 2006. He began his journey in the parts department, and today still carries the title of Parts advisor. Stuart is a great supporter of our dealership, by being the proud new owner of our latest 2012 Ford Focus. When not found dedicated to his work, Stuart is found spending time with his Beautiful woman and 2 sons. You may also find Stuart on occasion in a video-game session or exploring his computer knowledge.

    Jen was born in Cowichan Valley and raised in Campbell River. She spent 10 years at Napa before joining our Parts team. Jen and her partner are parents to 5 children. They do a lot of craft and artsy things as a family. In her personal time Jen does burlesque costumes and corsetry.

    James started working at Steve Marshall Ford in December 1999 as part of a work-experience project. He was then offered a full-time position in the Detail Department. He worked his way to the Lot Crew and in 2008 he was promoted to Shipper/Receiver. In his spare time James loves to play with his nieces and nephew. He also likes fishing and riding the trails on his bicycle.

She enjoys spending time with her dog, Wrangler, as well as hiking and hot yoga. Krista has played soccer her entire life and still enjoys it.

    Glen joined Steve Marshall in 1993. Prior to this Glen was an Apprentice with the Ministry of Highways. He obtained his Journeyman Diesel Certificate in 1987 and started working at Dam Lincolm Mercury Dealership in 1988. He then moved on to Dearborn Ford in Kamloop from 1990-1993. Glen obtained his Masters Certificate and then moved from being a Technician to a Service Advisor where he continues to service our customers both up-front and in the shop.

Throughout the years Sara has found that most customer relationships have turned into friendships and she looks forward to "chatting" with these people. While customers have become friends, Sara is happy to say that co-workers have become family. She enjoys riding her horses and when that's not happening there is nothing better than a bonfire and a beer with friends and family. Sara has 2 beautiful sons and a family that is second-to-none!

Some years later a friend asked him to relocate to the lower mainland and help to get a Body Shop up and running. After 3 years John knew it was time to come home to the island. John is enjoying his second term as President of North Island Cruisers.
